Getting your dream house in the Wyndam Estates gated community is as easy as choosing a lot, and then choosing one of the floor plans approved for the subdivision. Once you make your selections, you will be assigned a builder, and construction of your dream will soon begin.

Wyndam Estates offers a variety of lot sizes, ranging from one-quarter acre to over one-half acre. Regardless of the size, the site is designed so that every lot offers maximum curb appeal to showcase whichever floor plan you choose.

Below is the plat map for the Wyndam Estates subdivision. The map is frequently updated to identify all lots that are still available to purchase, but we cannot guarantee that a lot that shows available is, in fact, actually available, as these sites are going fast. To make sure that a lot you are considering is still available, contact Doris Taylor at (910) 258-8501.

Lots with a house icon already have either an assigned floor plan or a completed house. Click on the icon to open the Tour page for the lot. There you will see either the assigned floor plan, pictures of construction in progress, or pictures of the completed home.

Floor Plans

Once you have decided on a lot, several floor plans are available for building on your Wyndam Estates lot. Every design features a minimum of two bathrooms, an enclosed two-car garage, and many more amenities. All available floor plans meet the requirements set forth by the protective covenants for Wyndam Estates.

All floor plans offer over 1800 square feet of heated space, but, if that's not enough, you can work with your builder to modify the floor plan to increase the square footage. You may choose to add an optional bonus room, or you may choose to simply "stretch" the dimensions of your floor plan.

Protective Covenants

To ensure the integrity and lasting beauty of the Wyndam Estates gated community, a set of protective covenants has been created. These covenants exist to protect your investment in Wyndam Estates. All lots and structures must meet the requirements set forth in these covenants, which are on file with the Robeson County Register of Deeds. You can view the covenants here if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

As part of the covenants, monthly dues are required of every property owner for maintenance of Wyndam Estates. These dues are for specific purposes, as outlined in our Monthly Dues Expenditure Disclosure Statement (Adobe Acrobat Reader required).
